What is the voice Change in Englis Grammar?
The different forms of verbs to express the same meaning or action, are called the Voice in English Grammar.
In English, There are mainly Two voices –
- Active Voice: I love my mother.
- Passive Voice: My mother is loved by me.

Set 1
- She sells the big house.
- She sold the big house.
Set 2
- The big house is sold by her.
- The big house was sold by her.
In the first set of sentences, the form of the verb shows that the person denoted by the subject does something.
In the second set of sentences, the form of the verb shows that something is done to the person denoted by the subject.
Active Voice is the form of the verb that shows that the person denoted by the subject does something.
The Passive Voice is the form of the verb which shows that something is done to the person denoted by the Subject.
